Our ideal candidate for this role has 1-4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer who is proficient (and growing in excellence) in modern HTML, CSS, and anything else you have picked up along the way to create pixel perfect frontend experiences. This Developer will work in collaboration with our Technical Director (think Obi-Wan Kenobi) and Magneti teams to deliver top-end marketing through websites and digital platforms for regional, national, and global customers.

• Possess a deep knowledge of WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.

Platforms

• WordPress proficiency
• Shopify experience a plus
• Comfortable working with designs in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

Additional Skills

• Ability to develop web pages w/ UX in mind
• Ability to think w/ client team about specs and formats
• Knowledge of semantic and accessible HTML
• Ability to write and maintain extensive custom CSS
• CSS Preprocessor knowledge, preferably Sass (Scss)
• Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Strong experience with website optimization techniques and performance

Specific Experience

• 2+ yrs developing for a marketing team preferred, especially an agency
• 2+ years developing for digital marketing environments preferred

Job Type:

This role will be full time.

Compensation:

Compensation will fall between $50,000-$80,000 annually, depending on skill and experience.

Location:

We are a remote-hybrid team based in Colorado. This role will be required to be available for meetings during business hours (Mountain Time), but location is flexible for freelancers.
